The indoor unit installs above a ceiling space or within a bulkhead, with supply air delivered through ductwork to outlets. Inverter driven compressor modulates output to maintain setpoint across varying load. Sized for large zones and multi unit layouts in commercial and multi zone residential work. Compatible with wired, wireless and zone controllers for multi zone operation. Installation by a licensed refrigeration technician is required.

If an item is unavailable, we will contact you to offer an alternative, an expected backorder date or a full refund, whichever you prefer. If your project is time-critical, you are welcome to contact us before ordering.
NSW and VIC: delivery is available through checkout. Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days and dispatched from our suppliers' warehouses in NSW and VIC. Delivery charges include GST and are shown at checkout before you pay.

Change of mind: request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled and in their original unopened packaging. A 15% restocking and administration fee applies, and you pay the return freight.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items: no restocking fee, and we cover the return freight. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply.

Refrigerant-based systems must be installed by an ARC-licensed technician, gas appliances by a licensed gasfitter, and electrical work by a licensed electrician. Manufacturers may refuse warranty claims where installation does not meet these requirements.
